Jay Madhu - Management Team

Jay Madhu

Chairman and CEO, AI GridWorks

Jay Madhu founded Oxbridge Re Holdings and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has more than three decades of executive leadership experience spanning financial services, insurance, real estate, capital markets, and emerging technologies.

Under his leadership, Oxbridge launched SurancePlus, a pioneer in tokenized Real-World Assets (RWAs), creating one of the first blockchain-based platforms for tokenized reinsurance securities sponsored by a publicly traded company. Through this innovation, Oxbridge has expanded access to institutional reinsurance investments using blockchain technology while maintaining the transparency, governance, and regulatory standards expected of a publicly traded company.

Throughout his career, Jay has been part of five companies that have successfully gone public, including three listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and two on the New York Stock Exchange. His experience spans company formation, capital raising, corporate governance, and building publicly traded businesses, providing the leadership and strategic vision that continue to drive Oxbridge Re Holdings’ long-term growth.

Wrendon - Management Team

Wrendon Timothy

Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary, AI GridWorks

Wrendon Timothy serves as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director, leading the Company’s financial strategy, SEC reporting, corporate governance, compliance, and capital markets activities.

Wrendon brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, corporate governance, and public company leadership. Prior to joining Oxbridge Re, he held senior leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and KPMG, advising public and private companies on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and corporate governance.

Wrendon has extensive experience in financial management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives across publicly traded companies and regulated financial institutions. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (FCG), and holds the Accredited Director designation. Wrendon earned an MBA with Distinction, specializing in Finance, from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Drew Madhu

President, AI GridWorks

Drew Madhu serves as President of AI GridWorks and also serves as Chief Business Development Officer of SurancePlus, where he leads commercial growth initiatives and business development.

He previously held senior leadership positions at Hesai Technology (NASDAQ: HSAI) and Quanergy Systems, leading commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion for publicly traded technology companies.

Drew earned a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University. His experience spanning publicly traded technology companies, venture capital, and business development supports AI GridWorks’ long-term growth strategy.

Randy - Management Team

Randy Lambert

Vice President, Data Center Infrastructure & Power

Randy Lambert brings more than 17 years of mission-critical infrastructure experience across the data center, utility, energy, industrial, and nuclear sectors.
 
During more than seven years at Meta, he led hyperscale data center infrastructure programs across multiple campuses, overseeing more than 473 infrastructure projects, supporting approximately 697 MW of reserved and planned power capacity, contributing to approximately 2.9 GW of operational data center capacity, and supporting infrastructure across more than 400 sites. Randy leads AI GridWorks’ power strategy, utility coordination, infrastructure planning, and technical execution.

Abby Pflueger

Vice President, Real Estate & Site Development

Abby Pflueger leads AI GridWorks’ site selection, land acquisition, entitlement strategy, and real estate development initiatives.
 
Throughout her career, she has sourced and evaluated more than 2 GW of data center development opportunities, working with developers, utilities, landowners, and municipalities to identify and advance sites capable of supporting next-generation AI infrastructure. Her expertise spans site selection, due diligence, entitlement strategy, and large-scale data center development.
